Sometimes, when anniversaries are due and I try to launch Address Book 2 when prompted, I get an error and the program won't load. Is this normal?
Yes it is normal and it's nothing to worry about. What's happening here is that on some PCs the start up program runs before Windows has finished installing its printer drivers and clicking "Yes" too soon can cause Address Book 2 to fail. If this should happen to you, simply say "OK" to the error message(s) and wait for 30 seconds or so before launching the software from the Desktop icon.
On subsequent start ups, please wait for about 30 seconds before saying "Yes". [top]
